Jenny Kontiainen-Viik

Jenny Kontiainen-Viik is a QA Tester at Sanoma Learning since October 2021, responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks that ensure the quality and reliability of software products, including testing, issue investigation, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this, Jenny served as a QA Tester at Sanoma Pro from August 2015 to October 2021, where valuable insights into the IT field and manual testing were gained, alongside roles as an Application Specialist, Application Support, and Customer Service representative at the same company.
