Marcin Klimaszewski

Marcin Klimaszewski is a seasoned UX leader with extensive experience in user experience design and team management. As the Head of UX at Sanoma Learning since January 2022, Marcin has successfully unified local teams into a central UX organization and developed an accessible Design System to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Marcin served as a UX Designer and Team Leader at Nowa Era Sp. z o.o., where leadership and mentoring significantly improved project execution and team expertise. Marcin's past roles include UX Designer positions at Grupa Absolvent.pl and G2A.COM, as well as freelance work, where notable achievements include the development of a mobile app from concept to delivery.
