Sjouke Ykema

Sjouke Ykema is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Manager for End User Services at Sanoma Learning since February 2024, responsible for service delivery management and collaboration with outsourcing partners. Ykema has a lengthy military career with the Korps Mariniers - Royal Netherlands Marine Corps, starting in November 1992 as a Section Commander and Instructor, and holding the role of Sergeant Majoor der Mariniers RMT since January 2016. Prior experience includes an ICT Operations Manager position at Ahrend from March 2019 to January 2024, overseeing extensive ICT operations, and a long tenure as Head of ICT at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam from May 2000 to March 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating various ICT disciplines and managing system and network operations.
