Randa Hadeed Fish

Randa Hadeed Fish is an accomplished practice manager with extensive experience in dermatology and aesthetics. Currently serving as Practice Manager at Sanova Dermatology since April 2022, Randa previously held the position of Director of Operations at Max Adler Dermatology and Joules Medical Aesthetics, where responsibilities included overseeing finances and day-to-day operations. Randa also has experience as Practice Administrator at TruDerm and Medical Practice Manager at U.S. Dermatology Partners, managing multiple locations and teams. Earlier career achievements include opening a new aesthetic center at Dermatology Southwest, drastically increasing client numbers, and successfully operating Fish & Associates Inc., where Randa tripled partner insurance companies in three years. Educational qualifications include attendance at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and high school education in Lebanon.
