Jason Bittner

Jason Bittner, PMP, has extensive experience in transportation policy research, planning, and technology deployment, currently serving as Assoc. Division Manager and Practice Area Lead at ARA since November 2015. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Cambridge Systematics, where Jason focused on infrastructure asset management and automated vehicles, and Executive Director at the Center for Urban Transportation Research, overseeing a staff of over 150. Jason has also held significant positions at the University of Wisconsin, including Deputy Director at the National Center for Freight and Infrastructure Research and Education and the Wisconsin Transportation Center. Jason's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and further studies at American University.
