Roland Grefer has extensive experience in technology and editorial roles, currently serving as the Owner of GSSG - Global Support Services Group since January 2006. In addition, Roland has held multiple positions at The SANS Institute, including Newsletter Editor, Courseware Contributor, Reviewer, and Advisory Board Member since September 1999, contributing to various newsletters and courseware. Previous roles include Co-Editor at the American Translators Association and PrivacyInfo.org, and various technical positions at companies such as Base Technologies, Inc., The Technical Resource Connection, and DiTEC, among others. Roland's academic background includes a degree in Computer Sciences, Accounting, Mathematics, and Economics from MDV, and an Abitur from Lise-Meitner-Gymnasium focusing on Chemistry and Geography.
