Miguel Salcedo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present day. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Orange Dominicana as an IP Network Engineer, VAS Operations Engineer, and VAS Jr. Engineer. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Isbel S.A. as a Network Solutions Specialist, providing Technical Advice and Advanced Consulting Services on IP Network Designs and Operations for Enterprise and ISP customers. Finally, from 2016 to present day, they have worked at Sansay as a Service Delivery Manager, Senior VoIP Systems Engineer, and VoIP Systems Engineer. As a VoIP Systems Engineer, they have implemented and supported Sansay VoIP solutions and Products Portfolio.

Miguel Salcedo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra between 2005 and 2011. Miguel then went on to obtain a Master in Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from the same university in 2018 and 2020.
