Tamara Reardon

Tamara Reardon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently, as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Sansum Clinic since December 2014, Tamara manages complex employee relations issues and conducts thorough investigations. Previous roles include serving as Sr. Health Care Recruiter, Lead, and Human Resources Generalist at ONTRAPORT and Karl Storz Imaging, where responsibilities encompassed full cycle recruitment, HRIS data management, and employee training initiatives. Additional experience at the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara involved supporting executive leadership and coordinating HR functions for a diverse staff. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Fresno, and completed a PHR/SPHR Certification Course at California State University Channel Islands.
