Paula Daniela Parovina is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Sant Ambroeus since March 2023. Previous roles include Pastry Chef at Patisserie D'Europe, Capo partita Pasticceria at Ristorante Del Cambio and Hotel Principe di Savoia, and various positions in pastry at other prestigious establishments such as Armani Hotel Milano and Grand Harbour Hotel Southampton. Paula has a strong foundation in pastry arts, supported by a degree in Pastry Studies from Brockenhurst College and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Innovation, and Multimedia from Università di Pavia.
