Sara Zappa

Sara Zappa is an experienced professional in culinary operations and financial analysis, currently serving as the Director of Culinary Cost Policy and Analysis at Sant Ambroeus since December 2020. Prior roles at Sant Ambroeus include Culinary Operations Manager and Culinary Administrator. Sara's experience also includes a position as Sales Support Manager at Erreà Sport SpA and as Assistant Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group. Additionally, Sara has worked as a Financial Analyst at Bernoni Grant Thornton and an Analyst at Arkios Italy, following an internship at Mairie de Paris. Sara holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has completed a Summer English Course at UCL.
