Jessica Antes, ENP, currently serves as the Police Administrative Manager at the Santa Ana Police Department since November 2022. Previously, Jessica held the position of Administrative Manager at the Redondo Beach Police Department from August 2021 to November 2022, overseeing professional staff in various units, including Emergency Communications, Records, Court Liaison, Personnel & Training, and Property & Evidence. Prior experience includes a tenure at the City of Long Beach from March 2005 to August 2021, where Jessica advanced through roles from Public Safety Dispatcher to Communications Center Supervisor. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1999 and 2004.

The Santa Ana Police Department is a full service police department with a full operational jail staffed by civilian Correction Officers. Santa Ana Police Department is comprised of more than 300 officers and over 200 civilian employees. The department currently has 50 fully funded sworn officer vacancies and numerous civilian vacancies. The opportunity to join a police department where you will rapidly gain seniority has never been greater. We anticipate hiring at least 125 sworn officers over the next 3 years to fill current vacancies and anticipated retirements. The Santa Ana Police Department handles approximately 11,000 calls for service each month and provides full service operations in various divisions such as: Patrol, Traffic, General Investigations, Special Investigations, Training and others.
