Roxanna Serrano

Roxanna Serrano currently serves as a Field Operations Admin Assistant at the Santa Ana Police Department since December 2021 and is the Founder of The Party Cart Babe, a role held since September 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Mr. Cooper from May 2020 to May 2021 and as a Legal Processing Specialist II - Criminal Operations at Orange County Superior Court from July 2018 to June 2020. Roxanna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Orange Coast College and a certificate in French Language and Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
