Kimberly Willcoxson

Kimberly Willcoxson has over 20 years of experience in payroll and human resources. Kimberly has held various roles in different companies, including Santa Anita Park, Campus Advantage, Western States Fire Protection, and Pumpco, Inc.

At Santa Anita Park, they served as the Director of Payroll and was responsible for overseeing payroll processing, managing payroll staff, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues. Kimberly also led projects on payroll system updates and trained supervisors and managers on payroll procedures.

At Campus Advantage, Kimberly worked as a Sr. Staffing Administration Specialist/Payroll Manager. Their responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, training, and payroll processing for over 600 employees. Kimberly also maintained reports related to hiring and retention and assisted employees with policy questions.

In their role at Western States Fire Protection, they acted as a Senior Payroll Administrator/HR/Customer Account Administrator. Kimberly managed payroll for over 1200 employees and administered group benefit plans. Kimberly also handled open enrollment during the 4th quarter of each year.

Finally, at Pumpco, Inc., Kimberly served as a Sr. Payroll/Benefits Specialist and was responsible for processing payroll for 500+ employees. Kimberly administered group benefit plans and assisted with tax payments and filings.

Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated strong skills in payroll processing, HR administration, benefit management, and compliance with government regulations. Kimberly has also shown a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Kimberly Willcoxson completed their Pay Train Mastery Payroll Course from Excelsior University in 2016. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended CCA where they focused on Accounting and Business/Management. Their secondary education was at Rangeview High School, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
