Roxanne Saxhaug

Roxanne Saxhaug has extensive work experience in payroll management. Roxanne started their career at Metro Sales as a Senior Accounting and Payroll Clerk in 1986 and later became the Payroll and Credit/Collection Manager. In 2005, they joined Regis Corporation as a Payroll Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing payrolls for 16 divisions and 30,000 employees across multiple locations. Roxanne also served as the Senior Payroll Manager, leading a team of 25 employees and collaborating with various departments. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Payroll, where they managed a team of 21 employees processing payrolls for 50,000 employees across the US and Canada. Roxanne currently holds the position of Director of Payroll at Schwan's Company since 2022.

Roxanne Saxhaug, CPP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Roxanne has also obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in December 2005.
