Paloma Arnold

Dr. Paloma Arnold is the current Dean of Student Affairs at Santa Barbara City College. Paloma has been in this role since July 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of EOPS/CARE, CalWORKs and Guardian Scholars at Santa Barbara City College from December 2000 to June 2017. Dr. Arnold has also worked as an Associate Professor/Academic Counselor in the EOPS program at Santa Barbara City College.

Paloma Arnold has a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master's in Psychology from Antioch University.

Paloma Arnold reports to Helen Benjamin, Interim Superintendent & President. They work with and Kathy Scott - EVP.
