Delaney Patrick

Delaney Patrick serves as the Manager of Communications at the Santa Barbara County Education Office since October 2022, overseeing various projects that highlight the organization's support for education in Santa Barbara County, with a strong emphasis on writing and editing tasks, including newsletters and press releases. Previously held the role of Communications Specialist, where communication strategies and campaigns were developed to enhance public engagement and awareness. Prior experience includes working as a Music Teacher for Lexington County School District One, where Delaney created music curricula across multiple grade levels and significantly improved student performance. Additional roles include Letters of Recommendation Coordinator at the University of Mannheim and German Language Tutor at the University of Colorado Boulder. Delaney holds a Master of Arts in Social Emotional Learning from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by international study experiences in Germany and Austria.
