Yoseline Ivette González

Yoseline Ivette González is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management, advocacy, and education. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Santa Barbara County Education Office since April 2024, González previously held the position of Community Impact Program Manager at United Way of Santa Barbara County, successfully overseeing initiatives in School Readiness, Financial Literacy, and Crisis Response. González's background includes roles as a Client Advocate at Domestic Violence Solutions for Santa Barbara County, providing support services for survivors of domestic violence, and as a Consultant for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, conducting legal research on human rights cases. Additional experience includes teaching English in Spain, supervising IT support at the University of Redlands, and conducting research internships.
