Susie Willett

Susie Willett is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in high-level fundraising and organizational relations. Currently serving as the Director of Development for the Santa Barbara Foundation since July 2023, Susie has previously held similar leadership roles, including Director of Development at Dream Foundation and Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Westmont College. Additional experience includes a position as Sales Associate at Visit Santa Barbara, where Susie supported marketing initiatives, and roles in leadership and communications at Amgen and eMarketing360. Susie Willett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
