Rosalind Gilbert

Rosalind Gilbert is the current Director of Human Resources at Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics. Prior to this role, Rosalind served as the Assistant Vice President/Human Resources at Ventura County Credit Union and Director of Human Resources at Planned Parenthood Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech and Communications from Duquesne University.
