Kathryn R. Martin is an accomplished arts leader with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President & CEO of Santa Barbara Symphony since May 2020, Kathryn has also held positions such as Interim Chief Executive Officer for the same organization and Interim President & CEO at Tucson Symphony Orchestra. As the owner of Kathryn R. Martin Leadership Services since January 2016, Kathryn specializes in leadership coaching and transition strategy for non-profit boards and executives. Previously, positions included Vice President of Interim Management at Arts Consulting Group and various interim leadership roles at multiple arts organizations. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Management from Shenandoah University.
