John Wu has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Member Experience and Vice President of Branch Experience at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union since June 2018, John previously held positions at KeyPoint Credit Union, where John was the Director of Member Engagement and Float Branch Manager. Earlier in John’s career, roles at Provident Credit Union included Senior Branch Sales & Operations Coordinator, Assistant Branch Manager, and Personal Account Officer. John started in the industry at Bank of America as a Senior Personal Banker and also worked at Check Into Cash as an Assistant Manager. John holds a degree in Economics from UC Irvine, completed in 2001, and graduated from James Logan High School in 1996.
