Jonathan Minard

Jonathan (Jack) Minard is currently employed as a Fraud Analyst at Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union since July 2018. Prior to this, Jonathan (Jack) worked at Endicia for 14 years, with their most recent role being Sr. Risk Analyst. During their time at Endicia, Jonathan (Jack) managed to significantly reduce fraud losses and improved customer satisfaction. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from West Valley College.
