Dave Snow has extensive work experience in various roles. Dave served as the Director of Support Services for the Santa Clara County Fire Department, where they managed programs and projects related to construction, maintenance, and fleet management. Dave also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at National University, teaching Masters level Quantitative Analysis. Furthermore, Dave served as the Deputy Director of Facilities and Fleet Department for the County of Santa Clara, where they managed fiscal, human resource, and administrative functions. Dave also held the position of Fleet Manager and administered a budget of $23 million. Additionally, Dave served as an Oversight Board Member for the City of San Jose and City of Sunnyvale Redevelopment Successor Agencies. Prior to that, they worked as the Acting Manager of Intergovernmental Support Services for the County of Santa Clara and as an Area Rental Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Dave Snow pursued their education at various institutions. From 1989 to 1993, they attended the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Subsequently, in 2010 and 2011, Dave enrolled at National University and earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership.
