Erica Ray is an experienced information and communications professional with a diverse background in public information management, community engagement, and marketing. Currently serving as an Information Specialist at the Santa Clara County Fire Department since December 2022, Erica previously held the role of Public Information Manager at the San Jose Fire Department Recruitment Office from October 2019 to December 2022. In earlier positions, Erica was a Public Information Coordinator for the City of Los Altos, where responsibilities included community outreach and communication with residents and media.
