Ana Silva

Ana Silva, LCSW, serves as a Social Work Case Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since December 2019. Previously, Ana held the position of Service Coordinator at San Andreas Regional Center from June 2009 to December 2019, and worked as a Migrant Resource Teacher/Counselor for the Salinas Union High School District from September 2006 to June 2009.
