Nicole Farkouh - Wayfinder and Embodied Culture Shaper

Nicole Farkouh is a seasoned professional in community engagement, equity, and culture shaping, with a diverse range of experience since founding CultureWonk in January 2015 as Principal. Currently serving as a Community Engagement and System's Change Consultant for Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Farkouh also holds roles as an Equity & Inclusion Dialogue Facilitator for Candidly Speaking and Strategy & Evaluation Consultant for the City of San Jose's Office of Racial Equity. Farkouh's extensive background includes facilitating and training for organizations such as Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans and the Santa Clara County Division of Equity and Social Justice. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Smith College.
