Robert Scrase

Robert Scrase is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in process improvement and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Currently serving as the Process Improvement Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since February 2022, Robert previously held the position of Tera Practice Manager at Sutter Health - Palo Alto Medical Foundation, where responsibilities included transforming a pilot program into a regular operation, alongside managing hiring and onboarding. Robert's earlier roles at Sutter Health involved supervising an Application Team, providing support to numerous ambulatory EHR users, and working as an Application Analyst. Additionally, at Deloitte, Robert offered expertise in EHR implementations, particularly with Epic systems, and held various analyst roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services focused on project management and system optimization. Robert holds an MBA in Policy and Planning from UNM Anderson School of Management and a BA in Music and French from the University of Michigan.
