Thien Ly

Thien Ly has extensive work experience in various industries. They started their career as an Apprentice Optician at Lenscrafters in 2000. Following that, they worked as a Sales Manager at The Good Guys from 2003 to 2005. Thien then took on the role of Assistant Store Manager at Sprint from 2005 to 2008. They then worked as a Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate Insurance Agency from 2008 to 2009. Thien joined the California Employment Development Department as an Employment Program Representative from 2009 to 2010. They then worked as a Case Manager at NUMMI REEMPLOYMENT CENTER from 2010 to 2012. Thien's next role was Assistant Manager of Operations/Service at Burlington Stores, Inc. from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they are the Medicare Outreach Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan, a position they have held since 2017. Recently, in November 2021, Thien assumed the role of Director of Medicare Outreach at the same organization.

Thien Ly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from San Jose State University. They attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
