Katia Strelnikova

Katia Strelnikova is an experienced UX Designer and Researcher currently serving as an Administrative Associate in the Department of Faculty Development at Santa Clara University since December 2023. With a strong background in user experience design, Katia has contributed to various organizations, including the Career Pathway Institute and Code for San José, where key accomplishments include pioneering a usability study that led to a 20% increase in survey response rates and facilitating user-focused design through extensive interviews and focus groups.
