Tanya Monsef

Tanya Monsef is an accomplished Executive Coach and Consultant with extensive experience in executive coaching and business strategy, currently serving clients since June 2011. Monsef holds the position of Dean's Executive Professor at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, where innovative curriculum focusing on contemporary business issues and climate action has been designed and implemented. As a co-founder of the Turkish Women's International Network, San Francisco Chapter, Monsef fosters connections among professional women in Silicon Valley with ties to Turkey. Previously, Monsef held leadership roles in the Global Women's Leadership Network, including Board Chair, driving initiatives to empower women globally. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at GlobalNiche and COO at lex.end, alongside a significant tenure at Maxim Integrated Products.
