Linh Hoang

Linh Hoang is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and marketing. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at Santa Clara Valley Water District since January 2018, Linh oversees the Office of Communications, managing four teams to implement strategic communication plans that enhance public awareness of water projects. Prior to this role, Linh held several key positions, including Communications and Media Spokesperson at VTA and Public Relations Supervisor at Pacific Marketing Associates. With a solid foundation in marketing and media relations developed through early career roles at Empire Broadcasting and Nha Magazine, Linh holds a Master of Public Administration from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University.
