Lauren Dockendorf

Lauren Dockendorf's career has been dedicated to various roles in research, marine conservation, and talent acquisition & development. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has worked in companies such as Santa Cruz Bicycles, Wavestaff, and The Goodness. Lauren's passion for marine life led their to roles as a Naturalist/Deckhand and Research Assistant/Volunteer studying various marine animals. Currently, Lauren leads global strategic initiatives in talent acquisition & development for Pon Bike Performance, managing recruiting processes and shaping training programs to help build the best mountain bikes on the planet.
