Jim Falls has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 when they became the Chief Executive Officer at Commercial Lending Solutions. Jim then transitioned to Dave Hoover Construction in 2012 as the Operations Manager until 2014. Since 2015, Jim has been working as the Chief Lending Officer at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union.
Jim Falls completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Real Estate, and Law at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Jim then pursued additional education in strategic leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2009 and in organizational leadership and effectiveness at Cornell University in 2008. Additionally, they attended The Wharton School for strategic planning in 2008.
