Katie Fairbairn

Katie Fairbairn's work experience includes serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union, where they provided strategic leadership and direction to delivery channels, ensuring alignment with the credit union's vision and executing a member experience strategy. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Communications & Organizational Development at the same credit union, overseeing brand development and collaborating with senior-level executives on strategic initiatives. Katie also served as the Executive Director of the Mendocino College Foundation, where they solicited and secured gifts, oversaw operations and strategic planning, and worked closely with the Foundation Board of Directors. Throughout their previous work history, Katie held various roles in different companies.

Katie Fairbairn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University and an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Mendocino College.
