John Santa has extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Malta Justice Initiative, Inc. until its cessation, and as Vice Chairman of the Sentencing Commission in the State of Connecticut since 2012. Additionally, an independent director for several private companies, John Santa has held positions at Santa Energy Company since 1964, H.J. Baker & Bros., Inc. since 2003, Babcock & King from 2004 to 2015, and Dymax from 2009 to 2012. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from Fairfield University (2014), an Owner's & President's Management Degree from Harvard Business School Executive Education (1992-1995), an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport (1972), and a BS in Engineering from the University of Connecticut (1964). In addition, John Santa has been a member of the Pequot Yacht Club since 2005 and has served on the Audit & Finance Committee at Babcock & King.
