Kory Arthur

Kory Arthur has extensive work experience in the energy industry, holding various leadership roles. Kory served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Santa Energy Corporation from 2020 to the present, following their position as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Sprague Operating Resources LLC, where they held roles such as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Managing Director of Investor Relations and Internal Audit, and Director of Business Development from 2014 to 2019. Kory also worked at World Fuel Services as a Senior Director of Credit & Risk in 2013. Kory started their career at Sprague Energy in 2007, where they served as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Credit until 2013. Before entering the energy industry, Kory worked at Irving Oil as a Finance Director from 1993 to 2007. Kory began their professional journey at Deloitte, where they worked in audit from 1987 to 1993.

Kory Arthur has a diverse education history. In 1987, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick. Kory Arthur then pursued further professional qualifications, completing their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2009. To enhance their business acumen and management skills, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 2011. In 1990, Kory Arthur became a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) - Association of Finance Professionals in 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification in 2012. It is worth noting that Kory Arthur's CPA Canada certification is currently inactive.
