Cameron Wilson

Cameron Wilson has experience in various roles, starting with being the Head Band Director at Santa Fe Public Schools since 2023. Prior to that, Cameron worked as an Assistant Rental Manager and Management Trainee at Penske Truck Leasing from 2022 to 2023, where they gained experience in customer service, problem-solving, sales, recruitment, and management. Before that, Cameron worked as a Shift Lead at House of Cha from 2020 to 2022, where they handled customer service, drink-making, managing social media, and navigating supply chain challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cameron Wilson attended The University of Kansas from 2018 to 2022 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music. In 2023, they obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as aligning recruiting with job requirements, customer service mastery, developing leadership presence, emotional intelligence, HR recruiting communication strategies, assertiveness, inclusivity, effective listening, marketing planning, human resources foundations, leadership styles and models, using LinkedIn recruiter, managing up, time management, avoiding burnout, performance-based hiring, project management, external recruiting, strategic decision-making, and social media marketing tips.
