Marty Ruybalid

Marty Ruybalid, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Men’s Services at Santa Fe Recovery Center, a position held since May 2023. With extensive experience in various leadership roles within the behavioral health and social services sectors, Ruybalid has previously held positions such as Executive Director at Avamere at Bethany and Assisted Living Facility Administrator at Pacifica Senior Living. Ruybalid's background includes serving as Social Services Director at Prestige Care and Rehabilitation, Children’s Services Supervisor at Clackamas County Behavioral Health Division, and Director of Residential and Housing Services at Community Psychiatric Clinic, where responsibilities included overseeing significant programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ruybalid holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
