Jim Costello is the current CFO at Santa Monica Seafood. Prior to this, they were the interim Director of Finance and Accounting at Overhill Farms from November 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for due diligence, financial reporting, budgets, process realignment, stabilization of turnover, and costing. From May 2014 to November 2015, they were the interim Controller at American Apparel, where they oversaw a $650M budget and 10,000 employees worldwide. Jim was responsible for corporate restructuring, SOX compliancy, verification of standard costing, cash management, and integration of acquisitions. From June 2011 to October 2012, they were the interim Controller at Minarik Corporation, where they were responsible for corporate restructuring, acquisitions and mergers, consolidations, and ERP migration. From August 2008 to November 2008, they were a consolidation consultant at MannKind Corporation, where they reported to the Corporate Controller to consolidate the worldwide financial organization. Jim has also served as the chief financial officer at Trade Supplies, Inc from June 2016 to January 2019 and Pinnacle College from November 2013 to April 2014.

Jim Costello attended Oregon State University for their BS and then went on to get their MBA in Corporate Strategy from Pepperdine University.

Jim Costello reports to Roger O’Brien, President & CEO. They are on a team with David Richardson - Vice President Value Added Products & Chief Innovations Officer, Giovanni Comin - Senior Vice President, and Michelle Tryon - Chief Commercial Officer.
