Juan Huerta

Juan Huerta is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing ground beef production at Randall Foods since January 2024. With a strong background in operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, Juan has managed cross-functional teams in various roles, including a long tenure at Santa Monica Seafood from February 2017 to present, and previous positions at The Lamb Company from February 2008 to February 2017, and New Zealand Lamb as a Product Manager from December 2004 to December 2008. Juan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, earned between 1984 and 1994.
