Richard Cook has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in supply chain and logistics. Richard is currently the Vice President of the Case Ready Seafood Division at Santa Monica Seafood, where they are responsible for developing business relationships and evaluating divisional strategy and performance. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Project Delivery at Veltio, overseeing the successful delivery of retail planning and supply chain projects. Richard also co-founded Hivemind Careers LLC, a career coaching business. Prior to that, Richard held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics at National Stores Inc., where they led the transformation of distribution centers and streamlined operations. Richard also worked as a Supply Chain Director at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets Inc., managing a large procurement spend and achieving significant reductions in shrinkage. Earlier in their career, Richard served in various roles at Tesco PLC, including Store Director and Store Manager.

Richard Cook attended Teesside University from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a BSc in Business Information Studies, with a focus on Business Information Systems. Richard later enrolled at Tesco Academy in 2004 and completed a program in Leadership & Life Skills Coaching, receiving a degree as a Living Service Coach in 2005.
