Mary-Catherine Oxford

Mary-Catherine Oxford, Ed.D., is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Dean of Learning Resources & Educational Technology at Santa Rosa Junior College since February 2021. Previously, Mary-Catherine held the position of Director of Learning Resources at the College of the Sequoias from July 2013 to February 2021 and worked as Library Manager and Adult Services Librarian at the Tulare Public Library between August 2007 and July 2013. Mary-Catherine also contributed as a Librarian at the College of the Sequoias from August 2008 to May 2009 and served as a Records Management Assistant for the County of Sonoma from October 2006 to May 2007. Mary-Catherine holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master's in Library and Information Science from San José State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Sonoma State University.
