Jorge Marcos Carrero

Jorge Marcos Carrero has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Chief Data Officer at Santa Teresa, where they are responsible for overseeing data-related operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Full-stack Developer at the same company, where they designed and developed various front-end and back-end applications using React.

Jorge then served as the CTO and Full Stack Developer at Summitify, where they played a key role in designing and developing the company's website and tech structure. Jorge also worked on integrating new features to improve user experience and interface. Summitify was eventually acquired by another firm.

Before that, Jorge founded Compass Recuerdate, where they were the CTO and Full-stack Developer. Jorge developed an app that utilizes AI and user-shared data to assist in therapy and memory recovery for individuals with Alzheimer's disease. Jorge used Vue.js and PostCSS for the frontend.

Additionally, Jorge has experience as a Creator of video games for Google Play, with six published games and over 700 downloads. Their most popular game is 'DreamCandy'. Jorge also ventured into launching their own clothing line, JMCShops, where they served as the CEO and Full Stack Developer. Jorge designed and developed the online store, managed marketing efforts, and oversaw the technical architecture and user experience. The project concluded after the stock was sold out.

Jorge Marcos Carrero pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2013. Jorge attended the Colegio Diocesano Asuncion Nuestra Señora de Sonsoles for their ESO and High School studies, specializing in Technological Sciences. This education spanned from 2013 to 2019.

In 2019, Jorge enrolled at the Universidad Católica de Ávila, where they embarked on a path towards achieving an Engineering Degree in Computing and Information Systems. Jorge is expected to complete this degree in 2023. Alongside their engineering studies, they also pursued a DELOITTE CYBERSECURITY EXPERT DEGREE, again at the Universidad Católica de Ávila, during the same period, which is also expected to be completed in 2023.
