Alessia Garra has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People and Culture HR Recruiter at Santagostino since October 2018. Prior to this role, Alessia completed a Learning & Development Internship at Sky Italia, focusing on talent management and performance management processes. Alessia's early career included a position as a Sales Advisor at H&M, where skills in customer management and teamwork were developed. Academically, Alessia holds a Master's degree in the management and development of people in organizations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with various coursework in economics and law from institutions like Università degli Studi di Torino and Università di Catania, as well as a brief educational experience at English Academy Dublin.
