Laura A. has a diverse work experience. Laura started their career as a Técnico Selección de Personal at Accenture España in 2009 before transitioning to the role of Responsable Gestión de Contenidos. In this role, they were responsible for content management and maintenance of various websites, as well as coordination between different areas for campaigns. From 2014 to 2019, Laura worked as a Senior Analyst at Accenture Interactive, where they gained experience in consulting, team management, budget management, and various digital capabilities such as usability, analytics, CRO, and personalization. Laura then moved on to work at Bankia as a Responsable CRO in the Departamento de Marketing Digital, overseeing the implementation of the Adobe Target solution. Laura continued their CRO work at CaixaBank as a Responsable Analytics y CRO for ImaginBank, focusing on funnel analysis, CRO strategy, and Adobe Target configuration. Laura then joined Vodafone as a Specialist CRO Strategist, where they were responsible for CRO strategy for different squads of the app, test analysis and reporting, and coordination between business and technical teams. Currently, Laura is working as a CRO Specialist at Santalucía Seguros, where they lead CRO strategy for the company's website and SEM landings.
