Thembelani Silika

Thembelani Silika has experience working in the IT industry. Thembelani started as a Junior Software Developer at Autumn Leaf IT in October 2014, then moved on to become a Software Developer at Grapevine Interactive in April 2015. Later, they joined Santam Insurance, where they worked as a Software Developer before transitioning to the role of Guidewire Technical Lead developer in September 2023.

Thembelani Silika graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Mathematics and Science. In 2018, they obtained a PolicyCenter 7.0 Functional Certification from Guidewire Education. They also have a Java Certification from Oracle.
