Patricia E. is currently the Global Head of Technology & Operations at Santander Asset Management, overseeing teams in 10 countries with a focus on transformational and digital projects. Patricia previously held roles such as Global Head of Operations and Global Head of Middle Office within the same company. Prior to their time at Santander, Patricia worked at Syngenta as the EAME BPA Lead and at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture as a Senior Consultant. Patricia holds a Master's degree from IE Business School, a degree in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a BSc in Physics with Astronomy from the University of Southampton.
