Mateusz Kacprzak

Mateusz Kacprzak is an experienced managing director and head of investment banking at Santander Bank Polska since January 2016, specializing in investment banking services such as equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, and margin loan lending. Prior to this role, Kacprzak served as the capital markets and investment banking director at IPOPEMA Securities from October 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included the origination and execution of debt and equity deals. Kacprzak's career includes experience at Citigroup in the equity syndicate, focusing on equity deals, and as general manager at First Option Leisure, overseeing swimming tuition services. Kacprzak holds an M.B.A. from Kozminski University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from UCL.
