Waldemar Katus

Waldemar Katus has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Head of Applications Management and DevOps at Santander Bank Polska since September 2000. In this role, Waldemar manages IT applications teams and oversees the IT Service Delivery Department. Previous positions at Santander include IT Manager, where responsibilities involved managing a technical team focused on Analytical Systems Support and Enterprise Data Warehouse, as well as IT Expert, with expertise in various technologies including IBM, AIX, UNIX, Oracle, and BigData. Waldemar began their career as an IT Specialist at Wrocławski Informator Internetowy. Waldemar holds a Master Engineer degree in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, earned between 1996 and 2001.
