Celia Shea

Celia Shea has extensive experience in the finance and banking sector, currently serving as Vice President of Business Management, Transformation & Strategy at Santander Bank, N.A. since April 2011. Previous roles at Santander include Senior Associate in Corporate Development and Sales Performance, as well as a Corporate Financial Analyst. Celia participated in a four-month international work exchange program at Mundo Santander in Madrid. Prior to Santander, experience includes working as a Goldman Sachs Private Equity Fund Accountant at State Street Bank and a National Accounts Intern at State Street (SSgA). Earlier in the career, Celia interned as a Project Intern at Partners HealthCare. Celia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Bentley University and has additional education from Bond University.
